How it works

Browse the storeBrowse the store and find something you want.

Check it’s availableDouble-check it’s physically available in the IMMY Store — a lot of our clothing items only have an assorted number of sizes left, so availability can vary.

Redeem itOnce you’ve confirmed your item is in stock, click the Redeem button and your coins will be deducted automatically.

Getting around

Sign inUse Sign in with Microsoft with your IMMY account. You’ll land on the Store.

Check your balanceYour IMMYCoin balance is the chip at the top-right. You earn coins from shout-outs in Viva Engage and in person.

Filter the storeUse the Category dropdown above the grid to narrow down items (Apparel, Drinkware, Time Off, and more).

See your wallet & historyOpen My Wallet from the menu for your balance and full activity — every coin earned or spent, with the balance after each.

Out of coins?Earn more with a shout-out in Viva Engage or in person — then come back and redeem.
